Three ways
- In the app: Profile → Delete account. This removes your profile, Facebook connections (we revoke the app’s access), Pages, ads, uploaded files, exports and history, and in your ad account — the audiences Nimbuz created (except those Meta refuses to delete while they are used in running ads). Ads in your own Meta ad account are not stopped — they belong to you.
- Via Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites → Nimbuz → Remove, choose data deletion — Facebook sends us a deletion request, we delete the data automatically and issue a confirmation code. After that we no longer have access to your ad account, so delete the audiences Nimbuz created yourself in Ads Manager → Audiences.
- Email mail@nimb.uz from the address or number your account is registered with — we delete manually within 30 days.
What remains after deletion
Ads in your own Meta ad account are not stopped and not deleted — they belong to you.
We keep only the payment records the law requires — not linked to you — and an irreversible fingerprint of your sign-in method, so the free trial cannot be claimed again. The details are in the privacy policy.
Status of a request made through Facebook
If you deleted your data through Facebook, Meta shows you a confirmation code. With that code you can check the status of the request on the data deletion page of the Nimbuz app.

Demonstration examples
Ready examples run in your browser and send your business description nowhere. This website does not request Instagram passwords, banking details or customer data.
Temporary session
When the server integration is enabled, your action creates a random identifier and a protected cookie. Session data can remain available for up to 24 hours. Answers from the “Start for free” form are kept only temporarily, to move your draft into your account; the link to the app contains no business description.
Drafts and analytics
If draft writing is enabled on the website, the description is sent to the service that writes the draft text. Usage events are collected only after consent and never include the description text. Events are retained for up to 30 days.
Deleting website data
The button below deletes the current website session and its related data. It does not delete a separate Nimbuz account or your ads in Meta.
