Getting started

What is Nimbuz?

Nimbuz is an assistant that helps businesses of any size in Uzbekistan run Instagram and Facebook ads. It works in Telegram and in the browser at app.nimb.uz: the assistant builds 3 ad options from one sentence, and you launch the ad yourself, from your own ad account and with your own card. The first 7 days from your first ad launch are free; after that a plan costs from 499,000 UZS for 30 days, with no auto-renewal.

Can I run Instagram ads without an agency or an ads specialist?

Yes. Nimbuz is an AI assistant: it asks a few questions about your business and builds 3 Instagram and Facebook ad options — copy, button and audience. The photos and videos are yours: upload your own or promote a post you already have. You pick an option, edit it in plain words and tap “Launch” yourself. A Nimbuz plan costs from 499,000 UZS for 30 days, the first 7 days are free, and you pay the ad budget to Meta directly.

How is Nimbuz different from hiring an ads specialist?

A specialist sets up your ads in Ads Manager and charges for the work; Nimbuz is an assistant you use yourself in a few minutes: it builds 3 ad options from one sentence, picks the audience, checks your ad account and card before launch and shows leads and stats in one place. You pay only the plan — from 499,000 UZS for 30 days — and the ad budget directly to Meta. If you want a person to run ads for you, Nimbuz does not replace them.

Are there real results?

Yes. AllievaStore, a clothing store, ran a “Conversations in Direct” ad through Nimbuz starting 3 October 2026: 183 conversations in four days at $0.18 each, on $11 a day. Costs depend on the niche — results are not guaranteed.

How is Nimbuz different from Instagram’s Boost button?

Instagram’s Boost button promotes one post you have already published, with Instagram’s own settings. Nimbuz builds 3 ad options with copy, lets you pick one of 9 goals — including leads via a form, calls and ads near your business — edits the copy from your words, checks your ad account before launch and keeps leads in one place. Either way, the ad budget goes to Meta from your card.

How do I connect Instagram to Nimbuz?

With one sign-in through the official Facebook Login: you choose your Facebook Page, your Instagram account and your Meta ad account. Instagram has to be linked to that Page. Nimbuz never receives your Instagram or Facebook password, and you can revoke access in your Facebook settings. No Page or ad account yet? Nimbuz shows you, step by step, how to create them in Meta for free.

What happens after I open Telegram?

The Nimbuz app opens in Telegram: you’re signed in with one tap, no password, and your answers from the website are already filled in. Then you connect Facebook and the assistant builds 3 ad options. No Telegram? Continue in the browser at app.nimb.uz and sign in with a code by SMS (valid for 5 minutes) or email (10 minutes). The link from the website to the app works for 1 hour.

Can I run ads in Uzbek?

Yes. The Nimbuz assistant writes ads in Uzbek (Latin script) or Russian — you choose the language. Each post has one text, and the “Both” option means everyone in the audience sees it, whatever language they speak. The app itself works in Uzbek, Russian and English, in Telegram and in the browser at app.nimb.uz. You can edit the copy in plain words, for example “make it shorter”.

Does Nimbuz run ads on Telegram, Google or TikTok?

No. Nimbuz runs ads only on Instagram and Facebook, from your own Meta ad account. It does not launch ads on Telegram Ads, Google, Yandex or TikTok. The Nimbuz app itself works in Telegram: there you build the ad, tap “Launch” and get notified about new leads.

Money

How much does Nimbuz cost?

Nimbuz costs 499,000 UZS (Start), 990,000 UZS (Pro) or 2,490,000 UZS (Agency) for 30 days, with no auto-renewal. The first 7 days from your first ad launch are free, with everything in Pro. The ad budget is not included: Meta charges it to the card in your ad account. See what each plan includes on the pricing page.

Can I try Nimbuz for free?

Yes: 7 days with everything in Pro. The days count from your first ad launch, not from sign-up — none are used while you connect your Page and ad account (we wait up to 14 days). There is also a “first result guarantee”: if your ad brings no results at all in the 14 days after launch with at least $3 a day, Nimbuz adds 7 more free days, once. After that it’s one payment for 30 days, with no auto-renewal.

Do I need a card to start?

You pay Nimbuz nothing for the 7 free days. But to show your ads, Meta needs a Visa or Mastercard card in your ad account: Meta does not accept Uzcard or Humo. Meta charges your ad budget to that card in US dollars. The Nimbuz plan is paid separately in the app with Click (Uzcard, Humo, Visa) or Payme (Uzcard, Humo). Before launch, Nimbuz checks the ad account’s card, debt and spending limit.

Which card pays Meta for ads from Uzbekistan?

With a Visa or Mastercard card: Meta does not accept Uzcard or Humo. The card is linked to your Meta ad account, and Meta charges your ad budget to it. The Nimbuz plan is a separate payment: you pay it in the app with Click (Uzcard, Humo, Visa) or Payme (Uzcard, Humo). Before launch, Nimbuz checks that your ad account has a card, no debt and no spending limit in the way.

Does Meta add VAT to ad spending?

It can: Meta may add 12% VAT to your ad spend — the total shows in your Meta invoice. So leave a little margin in your budget. The VAT is charged by Meta, not Nimbuz: the Nimbuz plan is a separate payment in UZS, while Meta charges the ad budget together with the tax to your card in US dollars.

How do I control my Instagram ad spending?

You set the budget, per day or for the whole period: the assistant suggests an amount, and Meta sets the minimum — from $1 a day, or $2 for conversations. The Nimbuz app shows spend in UZS and US dollars, and pausing takes a couple of taps. Meta charges the budget to your card in US dollars and may add 12% VAT on top. A Nimbuz plan doesn’t include ad spend, and Nimbuz doesn’t promise a number of leads.

What ad budget should I start with?

The Nimbuz assistant suggests 50,000 UZS a day for 7 days — enough for Meta to find your audience; you can change the amount and the period. Meta sets the minimum: from $1 a day, or $2 for conversations in Direct. For reference, the AllievaStore shop paid $0.18 per conversation at $11 a day. Meta charges the budget to the card in your ad account; a Nimbuz plan doesn’t include it, and Nimbuz doesn’t promise a number of leads.

What happens when the 7 free days end?

Nimbuz reminds you 3 days before the free days end and on the last day. Afterwards you can still view your ads, stats and leads, and pause or stop ads; ads already running in Meta don’t stop. New launches and the assistant need a plan: one payment for 30 days in the app through Click or Payme, with no auto-renewal. Meta charges the ad budget to your card separately.

Does Nimbuz give a receipt?

Yes, when you pay through Click: Nimbuz issues an electronic fiscal receipt (OFD). The plan is paid in the app with Click (Uzcard, Humo, Visa) or Payme (Uzcard, Humo). It is one payment for 30 days, with no auto-renewal, and Nimbuz doesn’t store your card details. All seller details are on a separate page.

Can I get a refund for a Nimbuz plan?

A paid 30-day Nimbuz plan is not refunded automatically. If the service didn’t work through Nimbuz’s fault, write to support: we’ll look into it and refund the days you couldn’t use. Ad spend can’t be refunded through Nimbuz: Nimbuz never receives it, Meta charges it to your card directly. Contact support.

Ads and Meta

Where do Nimbuz ads run?

On Instagram and Facebook — in Feed, Stories and Reels — from your own Meta ad account, paid with your card. Nimbuz never takes your ad money. Ads go to Meta only when you tap “Launch”, and then Meta reviews them. You decide where they are shown: in chosen cities, across Uzbekistan or within a radius around your business.

How long does Meta’s review take?

Usually from 15 minutes to a few hours, rarely up to a day. Your ad starts showing after the review. Meta reviews every ad after you tap “Launch” in Nimbuz. If Meta rejects the ad, Nimbuz shows the reason in plain words and helps you fix it in the chat with the assistant.

What if Meta rejects my ad?

Nimbuz shows the reason in plain words and helps you fix the ad in the chat with the assistant. Meta reviews an ad after you tap “Launch”: usually from 15 minutes to a few hours, rarely up to a day. Before launch, Nimbuz also checks the ad account’s card, debt and spending limit, and checks the copy against Meta’s rules.

Can my ad account get blocked because of Nimbuz?

Nimbuz works through Meta’s official Marketing API and has passed Meta’s App Review — it is the standard way to run ads, not a workaround. Before launch, Nimbuz checks your copy against Meta’s rules and your ad account’s card, debt and limit; ads go to Meta only when you tap “Launch”. Blocking is always Meta’s decision, and nobody can guarantee it won’t happen: follow the advertising rules, don’t advertise prohibited goods and answer Meta’s identity or business checks. If Meta rejects an ad, Nimbuz shows the reason in plain words.

Can I stop an ad launched with Nimbuz?

Yes. In the Nimbuz app you can pause, resume or fully stop an ad in a couple of taps, with a confirmation, without Ads Manager. This works after the free days too: viewing ads, stats and leads, pausing and stopping don’t need a plan. New launches and the assistant come with a plan.

Why does my ad get few results in the first days?

In the first days Meta is learning who to show your ad to, so results are uneven. Don’t rush to stop the ad: pausing in the first 7 days resets the learning. After a day of running, the “Assistant review” in Nimbuz shows, from Meta’s numbers, what works, what gets in the way and what to do. Nimbuz doesn’t promise results, but if there are none at all in 14 days with at least $3 a day, it adds 7 free days once.

What if people message me but don’t buy?

Nimbuz brings people into a conversation; your reply makes the sale. The first question is often “how much?”, so put the price in the ad itself: ask the assistant to rewrite the copy “with price”. Reply quickly and narrow the audience: age, gender and cities change in plain words in the chat. The “Assistant review” uses Meta’s numbers to show which post drags results down and what to fix.

Can I see Instagram Direct messages in Nimbuz?

Not yet: the Direct messages themselves aren’t shown in the Nimbuz app — only how many there are. With the “Conversations in Direct” goal, customers message you in Direct and you reply there, in Instagram. Leads from your lead form — name, phone number and answers — reach the Leads tab of the Nimbuz app within seconds, at most a couple of minutes, and Telegram gets a new-lead alert; on every plan you can export them to Excel and PDF.
